About the book

Get Wisdom by Ruth Younts is designed to be used with children from kindergarten through fourth grade, with twenty-three lessons on qualities of wisdom and godliness. Each lesson is presented with illustrations to capture children’s attention, supplemented with suggestions for teachers. Every child of God struggles with sin every day, and these lessons remind us that we will always find forgiveness and the grace to continue to get wisdom at the foot of the cross.

Endorsements

“Ruth Younts has produced a wisdom character manual like I have never seen before. Forget that it was written for children. I need it! I wish I had been given such a fun, street-level and Christ-centered tool when my children were still at home.”
—Paul David Tripp, Author, Pastor, International Conference Speaker

“If ‘foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child’ then wisdom is the only cure. Get Wisdom is a treasure book filled with easy to use lessons for parents to teach wisdom at the dinner table, during evening devotions, or whenever works for you.”
—Kirk & Chelsea Cameron, homeschooling parents, co-founders of The Firefly Foundation

“Whether for family and for church (or both!) I am always looking for great teaching material for children. Get Wisdom! is just the kind of curriculum I look for—logical, biblical, practical and fun.”
—Tim Challies, Author, Blogger, Editor of Discerning Reader

“Ruth Younts has done a masterful job of presenting profound truth from the Bible in a way that is simple without being shallow. The Bible calls us to teach our children these timeless truths. Ruth Younts has just made that task much easier.”
—Tedd Tripp, Author of Shepherding a Child’s Heart, Pastor, Conference Speaker
